The Speed Demon uses patent pending technology to distinguish between highway speeding and secondary road speeding. The Speed Demon also has settable curfew times and an assistance request button.

The Speed Demon uses the Worldwide GSM network for extremely reliable wireless data communications throughout the United States and Canada. Click here to see a map of coverage in your area. If the Speed Demon is out of cell phone coverage when alerts occur, it will save the alerts to flash memory and transmit them when the cell phone coverage is restored.

The Speed Demon has tamper detection circuitry and will send an alert on tamper detection.  It also has an internal backup battery which will last for weeks if the power is disconnected.

The Speed Demon is easy to install and to use.  Just attach it to the dashboard of the vehicle and plug it into the cigarette lighter or 12 volt power plug.

Then from your online web account you can set:

• Highway Speed Limit
• Secondary Road Speed Limit
• Daily Curfew Start and Stop Time
• Contact lists for email and text messages

The Speed Demon will sent emails and text messages to up to eight contact addresses that you enter from your web account. The alerts are also displayed on Google Maps listing date, time, speed and location of the alert.
